Adria Hotel Forum has been founded in 2013 to gather international and regional experts discussing on potential developments and investments in hotel industry. Within six years, AHF became recognized at the global level as the place of network, development of new ideas and cooperation as well as development of new offer for the SEE region. Global companies and regional countries expressed their support to AHF, due to our continuing work on quality and upgrowth. HOW (Hotel Operations Weekend) Festival is the leading gathering for experts from South East Europe with a focus on "presenting best world practice and global trends in hotel operations.". The Festival is aimed at middle managers, managers of operations in larger hotel companies as well as hotel directors in individual facilities. The program is segmented to all hotel operations departments: household, reception, sales and marketing, food and beverage department, technical department, wellness, human resources, supply, big data and others. Panel discussions are organized in parallel terms during the two days of the Festival and each participant has the option of selecting a panel that is in the segment of his interest and business responsibility. Panel participants are regional and international experts, focusing exclusively on global trends that aim to increase the quality of hotel operations. HOW takes place every year at different location and gathers more than 500 participants yearly. Beside professional education, within the programme, we dedicate great attention to networking, team building and party during which our participants can enjoy and relax.
